As Chief Program Officer, Ms. Hicks is responsible for all Safer programming including workforce strategies, educational services and new model development. She has her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law and comes to Safer with 15 years of experience in national and local model program design, replication, and evaluation, with an emphasis utilizing model programs to impact policy.
